Accreditation Process Update

Auswide Bank updated our accreditation policy to allow for the acceptance of accreditation forms signed with digital signatures by brokers and all aggregators from 1st November 2023.

What has changed?

Auswide Bank updated our accreditation policy to allow for the acceptance of accreditation forms signed with digital signatures by brokers and all aggregators from 1st November 2023.

These changes have been undertaken because of your feedback to make completing accreditation with us an easier process.

In line with these changes, an updated Broker Accreditation Request form has been produced. It is available for download here on the accreditation page of new broker website.

The accreditation page provides you with all the information necessary to become accredited with Auswide Bank. One important consideration if you are completing the accreditation process with a digital signature is that the digitally signed application form MUST be accompanied by proof of signing.

This means that a Certificate of Completion or an Evidence of Signing Summary (both of which are documents produced as part of the process) will need to be provided as part of your supporting documents.

Ensure that signature technology used to complete the digital signing on the request form can provide this required information. Where it is not possible to meet this requirement to provide a Certificate of Completion or Evidence of Signing, the accreditation request form must be completed by ‘wet signature’ and forwarded through for processing.
