Updated Servicing Calculator released - Effective 28th June, 2024

Our Servicing Calculator (QQ) has been updated to reflect the latest HEM changes.  During this process we have also updated the calculator to reflect the new tax rates that come into play from the 1^st July 2024.

Please ensure that you adopt the most recent version of our servicing calculator to ensure borrowers can demonstrate servicing on any application lodged with us from 28^th June 2024. Version 10.4 July 2024 is mandatory to support all applications lodged from 28^th June 2024.
