Changes to our Fees and Charges

After the annual review of our fees and charges we have made some minor changes that are effective from 1st April, 2024.

Some of these changes will need to be updated on your platforms.

Mortgage Release Fee

Existing Mortgage Release Fee will increase from $350 per mortgage to $400 per mortgage.

The new fee will be charged for all home loans where a mortgage is being released from the 1^st April 2024.

Settlement Fee

Previously the settlement fee was incorporated into our documentation fee of $302.50

A new separate Settlement Fee of $100 per home loan application has been introduced. This fee is waived for loans under the Freedom Package. It will apply to all Basic Home Loans and the Home Loan Plus (Bridging Loan).

These fees will be applied to all applicable loans documented from 1^st April 2024.
