High Call Volumes Being Received by BRMs and Broker Support

Our Broker Relationship Managers and Broker Support Team is currently receiving very high volumes of calls regarding scenarios and files in progress.

To be able to assist you as quickly as possible if your query to your BRM relates to a scenario, please email your BRM directly with the details of the scenario.

They will be able to review the scenario and then call you to discuss any questions they may have and answer your query.

If your calls to Broker Support are regarding existing customer account information, please be advised if your admin staff or Virtual Assistants are making these calls, they will need to send an email requesting the information to brokers@auswidebank.com.au

We cannot verify who they are, and we must adhere to privacy act requirements when providing customer information.
